Well, if you add streaming into the equation, then sure, I can certainly see the unique benefit there.But then there's streamers like myself. If the music is coming out of the game (say I could be sat down during a BRB scene in my apartment with the orchestrion playing), and you can see my character sat down in-game, then yeah, I can livestream that even with BRB graphics. Copyright will be OK. An in-game portable orchestrion, would work the same way as far as copyright goes, because you'd be pumping out the music from in the game client itself.
