Oh, no fears here. I was just trying to point out that we technically already have an option to listen to any of our favorite tracks from the game while we play; not necessarily that it precludes what the OP is asking for, just that the option is certainly there. Albeit, if so much as one person who would buy the soundtrack to listen to while playing FFXIV decided not to because they had full control of the music in-game, that would technically be a compromised sale. But then there's streamers like myself. If the music is coming out of the game (say I could be sat down during a BRB scene in my apartment with the orchestrion playing), and you can see my character sat down in-game, then yeah, I can livestream that even with BRB graphics. Copyright will be OK. An in-game portable orchestrion, would work the same way as far as copyright goes, because you'd be pumping out the music from in the game client itself.

As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.

Well, if you add streaming into the equation, then sure, I can certainly see the unique benefit there.
