What I'd like to see as part of a solution here is that the MSQ up to Stormblood guarantees one level 60 DoW/DoM.
People will still have to do the MSQ to get access to the content which is locked behind it, but won't have to spend hours grinding of exp to be able to progress to that point.
One of the things I am not sure about however is how to handle the mandatory group content in the MSQ, specifically the earlier content which is hardly done by groups anymore.
