There isn't one, mainly because if gatherers gave the collected data away, its like taking away from their own profit margins.
Which to be honest is probably a smart move.

I think what you are looking for is not remainder % correlation. It will be the recommended "gathering" value to get an item.
Like the OP, I too was shocked that such little information existed about this subject, so I went ahead and recorded all of my own data. I've posted this in a few different places, so you may be aware of it. I can only offer data on Botany, but for Botany, this spreadsheet should contain everything you want to know (sweet spots, item locations, where to chop, starting remainder, NPC sell price, etc.).
https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?...thkey=COiS4LwB
I will likely drum up a similar spreadsheet for mining/fishing (or merge it with my botany one) if one does not exist whenever I get around to doing them. Hopefully someone will beat me to the punch though, because I'm not starting a new DoL job until I'm done with BTN, LTW, CRP, and ALC.
As always, I am open to suggestions regarding missing data, bad formatting, and incorrect data. That being said, this thread is probably not the place to post your corrections/suggestions/additions regarding my spreadsheet, and should you have any, I would appreciate it if you could post them in thread I made in the Botany section (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...75-Botany-data).
Enjoy~

Don't think that's what the OP is looking for. Think he is trying to tell which items need 2 hits and which may need 1...at w/e level he is at...etc etc
I believe that is entirely dependent on your level, gathering stat, and/or mainhand stat so I doubt you'll ever find a resource for such information.
If that is indeed what the OP is after, I say figure it out yourself.
Heck, sometimes it varies, so perhaps how closely you hit the right spot on the hot/cold part of the game matters too. Sometimes I can get my Rosewood Logs in one chop, sometimes in two.

To be honest a question like this I'd respond with, enjoy figuring it out for yourself, what info I can give though is this.

It gives a list of all the items you can obtain while mining/quarrying/spearfishing/logging/harvesting. While the only information you'd really need to look at is mining and logging the rest can be helpful if you need those items.
As tips items from the same family type usually take the same amount of hits to obtain as well as share the same fatigue rating. Once you find a sweetspot for the item you like, stick with it but as you log/mine in the same area after 10-20 cuts you'll get an idea of where everything is with ease.
Mining/logging/fishing isn't random when it comes to finding the right spot or wondering which item is which, they always keep the same fatigue rate as well as place to cut when procuring said item, so if you want an iron ore, the place to cut will normally always be in the same area for that location. If you find that the cut is off, then perhaps it's another item you have targeted atm such as allumen. But ya, have fun with it, once you play around with it for a bit you'll get the flow of it quite easily i'd say it's much easier to experience it yourself and get a feel of it to understand it rather then have it explained to you. Then you'll have an easier time adjusting to new areas and quickly adapting to the new loot in those areas.

I've been semi-collecting this kind of information but I really haven't been gathering all that much recently. Once you figure out what item is what size of the remainder bar you can pretty much get every item first strike 100% of the time. Sometimes theres items that share the same bar length in areas.
