Enhancements to Item Help (tooltip) for gear

A few requests for some QoL regarding the tooltip for gear items.
    1. Please add an option to display the item help for both an equipped gear piece and the highlighted gear piece -- in effect, the Item Comparison feature as the item help. (But at the height of the current tooltip, please -- the current Item Comparison window is bigger than it needs to be for this purpose)
    2. Please include materia effects in the item's listed stats, perhaps italicizing any affected values. This would be helpful to everyone, but especially for Disciples of the Hand/Land. Trying to determine if an item is an upgrade or a downgrade is particularly bothersome for non combat classes, whose melds may be in no predictable order, and who sometimes need to choose between a partially melded high level accessory and a fully melded accessory from many levels ago.
    3. Please include delta values for each stat. This already happens for Defense and Magic Defense on items and damage ratings on weapons. However, the listed Defense/MDefense values are pretty much useless to everyone who isn't a tank; and in the case of accessories, all of which have defense values of 0 or 1, useless to everyone. Comparisons of all the other stats on a gear piece would be infinitely more meaningful.

I've prepared this visual aid as a demonstration of a possible implementation of these requests.

(The Quickarm materia is just there to show how the comparison should handle stats present on one piece but not on the other.)

#1) Don't really see what advantage this would have over the Item Comparison as we have it now.

#2) This would be really nice. I'd still like to see which of those stats are coming from the materia, though, and which from the gear itself. So instead of just "Spellspeed +65" and "Skillspeed +9" in italics, I'd rather see it as "Spellspeed +65 (53 + 12)" and "Skillspeed +9 (0 + 9)". (That and/or keep the stat adjustments listed in the materia section as well, like they are now, but then also have the Bonuses section include the total.)

#3) Yes, I've been wishing for this, too. I was glad when they added it for the top-line damage and defense fields, but really want it for all of them.

    After

    Right click → Item Comparison

the Item Comparison window commandeers the focus of the window that held the item you're comparing. This has inconsistent effects, as you can compare items from several places.

If you select Item Comparison from the chat log, the item comparison window appears over your chat log. If you then slash or enter to focus the input box, the item comparison closes. So if you want to discuss a linked item that you're comparing as you're comparing it, you have to repeatedly open the Item Comparison window. Over. and over.

When selecting Item Comparison from the armoury chest or your inventory, the Item Comparison window appears over whichever interface holds the comparison item, and that particular item container becomes unresponsive until you close the comparison window. If you're debating over two or more possible upgrades, you have to

Right click item A → Item Comparison → Close → Right click item B → Item Comparison → Close → Right click item A → Item Comparison → Close → Right click item B → Item Comparison → Close → Right click item A → Item Comparison → Close → Right click item B → Item Comparison → Close → Right click item A → Item Comparison → Close → Right click item B → Item Comparison → Close

Adding an automatic comparison to the Item Help tooltip would have the effects of creating consistency in the functionality of item comparison on several fronts, as well as adding a level of convenience.
