    It is a problem with certain ISP's only, it isn't universal. Likely has something to do with them "fixing" problems with certain ISP's and Comcast not cooperating.

    too bad i'm not on comcast, but neither is alot of people in my linkshell. that's not stopping the repeated dc's people have been having.
