[Just for Fun] Player Habits?

2. Might do it on the pulls after a boss, but I'm usually lazy and save them

6. Usually hello/bye, but if something happens or the others are chatty, I'm willing to talk.

7. We are all responsible for a wipe once in a while, but I'm usually commited to finish.

8. Just standing there, except Diamond Dust where I jump like an idiot, trying in vain to get caught mid air.

I sprint + jump to see if I go further or higher over the zone line.

I'm usually sprinting just in front or behind the tank between pulls.

In ST I would take the staircase depending on which group I was in. A or C. For B it was random.

In parties I am silent at the start as I am buffing. At the end I always turn to the party and bow. Twice sometimes.

I sprint and jump off ledges for the shortest route and to see how far I can go.

I try to do funny things in Shiva but I always fail.

As healer - I'm either dead or one of the last to die. I usually try to stick things out to the bitter end.

I'm a whm on a controller. So I sprint everywhere and only talk if I have a keyboard handy.

I've been playing World of Final Fantasy while I queue for Leveling Roulette as a DPS, so that's my new habit. I emote every single time in A12 when everyone freezes.

1. Casually stroll. Sometimes I get yelled at, but everyone's always in such a rush! Besides, a casual saunter makes you look cooler!

1. I jump usually. I jump a lot in this game.

2. If I'm not the tank I just /follow and tab out for a quick peek at my browser and chats. If I am then I'll pull most of the trash mobs until the dead end (unless the healer can't handle it).

5. Jump of course. The squeaky grunting my character or my Chocobo makes when he falls down pretty deep is kinda cute not gonna lie...
Also If somebody's familiar with the Immortal Flames HQ they'd know the shortcut where you have to jump through the partitions instead of going the long way.

6. I greet people and say thanks after. Sometimes I forget. I try to chat whenever someone starts a conversation though.

7. It depends honestly, since I mainly play SMN I'm the one who tries to salvage but there are times I make the mistakes.

8. I think I do nothing on this one... As a healer I'll buff of course. Diamond Dust? It's been ages since I've been in that fight.

2. Between pulls in a dungeon do you jump, prep buffs for the next pull, both, anything else? As SCH I always put Adloquium to tank before 1 enemy down, same with as WHM/Diurnal AST

3. If/When/The last time you did/do Syrcus Tower, before and/or after the first trash pack, did/do you take the left staircase or the right? (Or impatiently spam-click the teleporter because screw walking.) In JP server A goes to left and C goes to right. B is up to them.

4. On a related note, for Labyrinth and Syrcus Tower, do you walk/run to the first trash pack or do you use the teleporter? I always run to trashpack

5. When you have to go to an area that's set below you in ARR zones (Camp Drybone, Witchdrop, 789th Order Dig, etc.), do you take the "intended" exit/entrance ramp or just drop down? I always jump down.

6. In dungeons, are you chatty, just say hello and goodbye/good game, do you not say anything, or do you wait until something goes wrong to speak up? I usually use auto translator. At first I use <Let's do it!> which is same with <よろしくお願いします!> and in the end I use <Good game!> which is same with <お疲れ様でした!>. I always chat at English LS.

7. In a wipe, are you likely to be the person that caused it, the last man standing, a casualty of the wipe-causing mechanic, the person that tries to salvage the fight, or do you see the inevitable and give up early? Mostly I'm last man standing because sometimes I put Adloquium to myself lol

8. In trials, during a boss's ultimate attack, what do you do? Dance, emote, buff, anything else? Feel free to include Shiva's Diamond Dust as a separate case because getting frozen in different poses is half the fun. At shiva I do highlander's /pose, at moogle before there's mogdance I dance with /bombdance.

I can't resist hopping over them. But, i'm totally not saying "Boing!" when i do... /looksaway (>_<; )

I tend to queue up as healer, so i make sure that i refresh Stoneskin on everyone (or at least the tank). I rarely jump between pu... Oh! Zone lines! \( ^_^)/

I always walk up the stairs, but it's totally random in which direction i go.

I tend to take the intended exit/entrance, unless i'm in a rush. (^_^; ) (Saying "Wheeee~!" as i go down...) It's the same with Ozma. Whenever Ozma sucks us in through the Black Hole, i always say "Wheeeee~!" in party chat. Hahaha.

I always start off by saying "<Hello!> (^_^ )/ <Nice to meet you!>". After that it really depends on the duty and the rest of the group. EX Roulettes tend to be rather quiet because people really like to run through it as fast as they can. But, when it comes to content like PotD, i like to insert a joke every once and awhile. Mostly based on something that happened during the run. For instance, whenever someone turns into a toad, i'll use "/blowkiss" on them. Just for the fun of it as well as to see how they respond to it. You can get rather funny conversations by doing that:

It's really mixed. There have been more than enough times that i've been the one causing it (it's never good when you die and you're the healer of the group), but i've also been the last man standing quite a few times. If i see that the situation is unsalvageable (because the tank pulled more than we as a group could handle), i'd give up once the tank dies.

8. In trials, during a boss's ultimate attack, what do you do? Dance, emote, buff, anything else? Feel free to include Shiva's Diamond Dust as a separate case because getting frozen in different poses is half the fun.

Normally i'd buff up, but Shiva is the exception to the rule. lol I always try out new emotes, to see how i'd freeze up. I do the same thing with Scylla in ST. When i get the Frost orb attached to me, i always jump right before it hits me, so that i'll freeze up when i'm still up in the air.

2. Between pulls in a dungeon do you jump, prep buffs for the next pull, both, anything else? I usually bounce around. Because my character looks silly when she's jumping. If I'm running something with friends, and if we're waiting for a bit at bosses for whatever reason, I tend to run around them in circles.

3. If/When/The last time you did/do Syrcus Tower, before and/or after the first trash pack, did/do you take the left staircase or the right? (Or impatiently spam-click the teleporter because screw walking.) I think I tend to take the right staircase the most.

4. On a related note, for Labyrinth and Syrcus Tower, do you walk/run to the first trash pack or do you use the teleporter? I always run. I rarely ever use the teleporters except for if I've joined in progress, or after a wipe.

5. When you have to go to an area that's set below you in ARR zones (Camp Drybone, Witchdrop, 789th Order Dig, etc.), do you take the "intended" exit/entrance ramp or just drop down? I always jump down and watch as my health plummets to 1 HP.

6. In dungeons, are you chatty, just say hello and goodbye/good game, do you not say anything, or do you wait until something goes wrong to speak up? I always say hello, and I always thank the party for the run, even if it was terrible. I will speak up to give advice between pulls since I play on PS4 and have to switch my controller for my wireless keyboard.

My FC mate and I are firm believers of "Never give up; never surrender." So we usually fight until we die. XD But some times, if we're told to wipe it, I will sheathe my weapon and bounce around the boss until they punch me to death (or jump off the arena, if you can do so).
