Can I honestly say that his hand form still hits like a bastard.

This thread is a few weeks old.
People are facing roiling the content because they are mostly over geared.
I don't disagree with this. I really don't but an "Expert" level dungeon should at least involve some level of difficulty. it is called "Expert" after all. it the difficulty should scale up as you go higher in content. where the problem is it simply doesn't do that. you have the faceroll simplicity of 99% of the content. then it's a sheer vertical cliff to the other 1% of the games content...Improvement correlates to the content you intend to do. If a person is not intending to do Savage, then they shouldn't need to have 100% uptime on DoTs, buffs, debuffs, etc. You don't hire an engineering specialist to fix your car, you also don't hire a catering service for a midnight snack. People will meet the experience level of the content, gradually, as they would. I didn't go from a Level 50 BLM that kept dying to Titan EX's plumes to a BLM that's managed to beat T13 overnight, it takes time, and expecting people to "git gud", so-to-speak, from just randomly implementing unforgiving mechanics in what is supposed to be content 100% of the endgame population can do is certainly not the right way to go about it..
also mechanics don't have to be "unforgiving" but they don't have to be entirely laughable or avoidable either...
I'd say this is part of the problem. It's a bit concerning when one can go in at entry level with an I160 staff and still spend 90% of the time dpsing.
I don't see that as the healers being too powerfull. It's more that the enemies are simply weak as hell.
it's the same reason tanks can spend so much time in dps stance. because enemies simply don't hit hard enough. that's the Problem.
it isn't powerfull heals that mean tanks can pull 20 mobs at once. its that fact that none of them mobs hit hard enough to be dangerous.
the same reason healers spend so much time in cleric stance, because theres never anything to heal...

We need 8 man raid dungeons again, like Cutter's Cry and Aurun Vale were during 1.x
This is true. I jokingly refer to the last boss of Sohm Al as "T9 training" because the mechanic makes perfect sense if you've done T9, but if you're coming through the dungeon for the first time it's quite confusing.
