    I went hunting for these about a month or two ago. Near Humblehearth, I don't know the exact coordinates, it is either of the downward-facing spots at (25,30) or (28,32). Anyways, one of those spots has about 4-5 Level 20ish blue roselings. Spamming Blizzard/Bliz II/Freeze kills them extremely easily and I think they can drop up to 3 leaves.
