Just return to the game, but can't find anyone in my active time and is starting to get boring again ><;

Can't find anyone to talk to, can't find any party to gain experience. I usually login and stand there to listen to shout (mostly in JP) and hope I can get into an xp party, so far no luck at all...

So, any LS (Japanese or English or mix language) that are active late night JP time that I can join? Please help
