Kill the "BOTs"

Punishing bots/RMTs and real players very rarely walk the same path. Very often RMT countermeasures do not have real impact to real players...and even if it does, it's for some long-term safier and healthier gameplay.

People should be ashamed of supporting or even tolerating RMTs and bots...because these are the ones that f'up the gameplay of MMOs over time.

Players are discouraged contacting GM's because GM support is very poor. I've reported bots to the GM and bot would be there hours on end still. GM's should be the last line of defense and be able to remove them but to my experience I only get Automated Pre typed messages. I feel like I'm talking to a computer rather than a person.
