    I know for a fact it's not an internet problem every other online game I run is perfectly fine, and same should go for PC since other games work as well

    Have you tried to open the task manager with CTRL + ALT + Delete? Sometimes PC games get stuck in the process list and don't close properly. This can also cause an error when you try to reopen it because your PC thinks the application is already open.
