Problems with game

Hello, I'm new to this forum so sorry if I mess something up. I've been encountering problem after problem on FFXIV in the past few days and it's been frustrating me. For the past month FFXIV has been working like a charm, no problems at all. But something happened yesterday and it just started screwing everything up. Now whenever I try to close the game, it doesn't ever close completely and I'm forced to unplug and replug my computer every single time. Just now when I tried to teleport to New Gridania it took a minute or so to load, and then the map didn't load, no NPCs or other players loaded in, and none of the UI elements worked.

Do you think it could be a pc , or internet connection problem.

I know for a fact it's not an internet problem every other online game I run is perfectly fine, and same should go for PC since other games work as well

Have you tried to open the task manager with CTRL + ALT + Delete? Sometimes PC games get stuck in the process list and don't close properly. This can also cause an error when you try to reopen it because your PC thinks the application is already open.

I would recommend downloading MalwareByte remover. It's free and it's pretty good at removing unwanted software which could cause a strain on your resources.
