I could be mistaken but I am very certain that the GM's of the game address only certain things in a one on one contact with you. If you look at the support center page I find this. I'll Copy/Paste it.

GMs will assist with the following types of issues:
•Harassment
•Inappropriate Behavior
•Activities that affect game balance
•Real Money Transactions (RMT)/RMT Solicitation
•Impersonation
•Grief Tactics
•Item Reimbursement

I only have personal experience from my previous jobs I've had. but, if they're too busy to address something outside their services then they would ignore your request for help with something like that. But if they have the free time, they might speak with you. So, *shrugs* Do you want you want with that speculation.
