    Well sure, but that applies to any local leve, so what's your point? I was just saying that it's a ton easier than going back and forth to Broken Water and/or Bluefog.

    I was just commenting with the OP's topic in mind. There is a 45 in-town leve, but it may randomly just not show up for a few weeks. Which is exactly why they should allow static access.

    I believe that WAS his point. It applies to any local leve, and it shouldn't. You should have an ability to get local leves appropriate to your level when you want them.
