@Damian: I know that people in this forum can sometimes be quite aggressive and attack people for the smallest things but I dont really see this in this thread. People have the right to point out if someone behaves to the contrary and it its kinda surprising if one reads through the list of threads you created in the last few weeks. You create a thread asking if people complain too much but at the same time you create more than one threat complaining about something (and imo complaining is not something bad as long as its done in a civil way.)

You more than once attacked other people for their opinion but when other people disagree with you (there is a difference to disagreeing or attacking someone) you write like you are bullied? People can change their opinion but you also have to be prepared to say why you changed and be ready to get criticized for it. Just remember that any post you do in this forum can be tracked back and one should always try to post in a way that wont give others the means to criticize you. Maybe its sometimes good to just look at oneself and think if maybe its not only the fault of other people but that maybe my own behavior isn't really helping the situation.

There are a lot of threads in this forum and I often wish that we would create more mega threads (like the one for glamour) instead of making one thread for each single glamour. But that does not mean that these threads dont have a reason to exist. (Especially in case of the exclusive stuff..Yoshida did say that we should post our opinion on that so why should people stop?) I do dislike threads that are simply there for trolling or as a bait thread as a reaction to another one.

I agree that devs should be able to have their own vision of things but I disagree that we should not be able to criticize it. We are paying them money and thus we have a right to say if we dislike it, at the same time they have the right to ignore it. (But with the consequences that they might lose some customers) If you create something you sometimes get blind to other ideas or to the faults in it because you only see the good sides of your idea..yet as humans the devs are not without mistakes. I am not sure if the diadem would exist like it does now if a portion of the customer base would have been able to test it beforehand. Even if they have a vision, its kinda useless if barely anyone likes it (see 1.0) because in the end they are still a company that needs money..and if you do enough things that will scare your customer away or that is not fun for a lot of your players than you might have been able to create the game you want, but at the same time it wont live long..

So in the end a balance is needed. You cant always just do everything that your customers want because it might not be good for the whole game or for the whole players or is just too costly but at the same time you cant just go around and ignore everything that your customers want. Especially in a market like the MMO.

If you think that there are too many suggestions than this is your opinion and if you believe it than you probably should hold yourself to this too but you cant decide for the whole playerbase if they can create a thread or not. If someone believes that their fun would grow bigger if they have children that follow them around than its in their right to create a thread about it. And its also in the right for the rest of the writers to say why it might not be a good idea or maybe even get lots of people that like it too. SE has their own workers that will then decide if something is worth bringing it towards the devs.

If you dont like a discussion or find it not necessary than just ignore it. If only people answer it that truly care about it than either you will have a long thread that is full of argument for and against it but shows that there is some kind of need to discuss it or you have a thread that will fall of the first pages really fast because there is no interest. But sadly lots of people just post GIFs or one-liners that are completely off topic and with that keeping the thread way longer alive than it should.

That are just my two cents. I fear that you will take this just as another personal attack..but its not meant as one..(but creating such a topic means that you might have lots of people that disagree with you, but not because its you but because they dislike the topic which could mean that one of their argument is showing that it does not make sense by using older examples of your post. If someone only comes into a thread because it has your name on it and attack you without truly reading the topic than yes that would be bullying but I did not get the feeling that this happened here.)
