I feel like there's too many suggestions floating around. Not that player feedback is bad, it's just that there's no way they can accommodate all of us. All I'm seeing on the forums lately is suggestions of things that you think the developers should do. Then If people don't get what they want, they whine about it forever. I'm definitely supportive of fan content, but we need to let the developers make the next expansions how they would make them. That's how new, original, and solid content is usually made. I find it hard to believe that the developers can sustain themselves on fan suggestions alone. They need to be inspired for themselves.

I agree that the Dev team should focus on their vision of the game, but at the same time gather all the feedback from the forums as much they can. Something a developer comes up with, might not work very well with their player base. If the players are vocal enough about it and present the devs with their constructive suggestions and perspective on it, the team can change a feature to match the wishes of its player base (while not losing sight of their original goals).

That's why i always ask people to continue giving feedback about the game, no matter if they think a feature/content is good or not and how they would like to see it differently. It will eventually be send to the Dev team through our Community Reps. They will filter out the ridiculous request from the good ones though.

Then the opposite threads would be made "Devs don't pay us any mind!!" as it has happened in the past.

I'd say they're on a good balance at giving us original content as well as requested content where they are now.

They need feedback from the fans.
Think about where AST would be right now if we didn't "whine" about it.
They felt that AST and MCH was perfectly fine. If we didn't give our input they would be in 3.4 horrifically underpowered.

When topics like this show up, that essentially tells everyone who gives feedback on the game to shut up, it really bothers me.
