Allow the 2nd Highest Tomes for Leveling Roulettes

Leveling Roulettes have been an odd thing. You choose to either level a capped level player in the roulette for the 2nd highest tomes available, or you level a new job for experience.

    Why not both?

I've noticed that a lot of players haven't reached L60 on many jobs even as we approach the end of this expansion. The primary reason is that the 2nd highest tome is usually the one needed for relics. Why must we choose between two options when leveling a job can offer experience points and a small number of tomes to help improve people's relics. AND this could increase the number of available jobs in the game to improve raiding experiences.

I feel like the atmosphere of this game would significantly improve if more people had incentive to level more jobs. This could certainly reduce the DPS queue.

I think the primary reason is not everyone wants every job at 60.
I don't care for dragoon at all. Not even unlocked ast mch or drk....

Most of the jobs play the same anyway. Don't need 2 or 3 tanks levelled when there's no difference between them or 3 melee jobs that are all so interchangeable it really doesn't matter what you take to a piece of content.

If the jobs were.more varied and stuff I'd probably play more of them. But if I go and tank a12 tomorrow. It wouldn't matter in the slightest if I went as paladin or warrior. Nor would it matter if the dps was 2 ninjas and 2 summoners or 3 monks and a blm.

Even the gear is the same. With the rare exceptions like esthetics for example. PLD war drk all use the same gear. So do whm ast and sch. Blm and sun BRD and MCH. There's just not enough difference in jobs to warrant levelling them all

Because you don't need tomes while leveling.

Perhaps they don't enjoy other jobs? or they are new and didn't have time to level all of the jobs?

This is just a poor excuse to speed your relic. If you want to play a class/job you will level it. If you level it but don't want to play it...you just don't have to level it.

I don't think that people will level an additional job for lets say 10 (that is a small number) of the 2nd highest tome as long it gives 100 for alevel 60. So, no one will use it for leveling as long the tome reward is not the same regardless of the level.

Are the CrossSkills not enough incentive to level other classes at the moment?
The only incentive would be if the leveling job will get more tomes as the 60 and this will never happen. Most people i know who don't level other classes/jobs just don't want to play them and some of them are annoyed by having to level other classes for the job or CrossSkills.

I don't believe in this. If you really want to reduce the DPS queues you would suggest to add tomes to the "Adventurer in Need" bonus, like 20 for your classes/jobs level current (level 50+)/2nd highest (level 60) tomestone.
