I think the only one we've seen is Hilda, a Hyur-Elezen. We don't even know if it's possible between other races.
To be honest I don't think many Eorzeans try, I think those that try probably struggle to conceive, and those that are born are probably infertile. Only reasonable explanation for how we can travel the length and breadth of Eorzea and only meet one. All the societal taboo in the world wouldn't make it that rare.

I seem to recall there being a Roe and Lala couple who had kids. Who were also Lalas. Possibility A) Children from a previous marriage, Possibility B) Regardless of "Input", if the mother is a Lala, the child will be a Lala, because otherwise dear God that poor woman.
Actually we know 100% they can, but it is rather rare. Not only is it in-game, but a member of the dev team answered it many years ago:
Source: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...l=1#post490835Can different races crossbreed?
Answer: Yes, but it is rare...and often difficult due to cultural differences, etc. which is why you don't see it often. The lore team has informed me that there will be future quests/events that touch on this and other issues, such as love and marriage.
Oh boy that would be wonderful since a crossbreed can yield beautiful results. Look at Hilda for example! Once PS3 support is dropped, perhaps that could be possible?
Sure, we could crossbreed our patatos with tomatos = pomatos
