    Wow, thanks a lot for answering my report! I can't stress enough how much of a relief it was when I got contacted... given my past experience in other games with their support services. I just wanted to say this is the best support I've seen in a game in over a decade now!

    I'm very happy with how things turned out, and overall I just wanted to thank you again for this!
