How is a gold + silver + 2 unrank = gold + 2 silver + bronze
How is a gold + silver + 2 unrank = gold + 2 silver + bronze
Matchmaking is full of surprises i had a Gold + 3x silver vs 3xGold + Silver match too. i Consider myself very lucky
Even if the gold and silver is high up, 2 players cant carry 2 unrank players, IMO
Last season many alts started as unranked and got into Top 100 very quickly with high win rate because they got paired with as strong players, abusing matchmaking system. Like that WHM with 77% win rate who got into Chaos' season 2 top 100 in a few days before season end with less than 50 wins. He was still in i142 gear when I saw him first time yet he kept winning because his main is #4 on JP datacenter. You never know what you get for an unranked player, which is why this whole score system in not reliable.

Right. This isnt pve and damage totals on the scoreboard don't mean jack if you didn't accomplish anything with it.
Ninja actually does have pretty high spike burst. suiton > enliven > duality > trick attack > aeolian edge crams a huge amount of damage into a very small timeframe. The OP does sort of have a point though. Ninja can basically burst once every 90 seconds, and in between that theres not a lot you can do. Monk, on the other hand, has an absolute ton of ogcd abilities with very short cooldowns.
But yeah, Ninja isnt as bad as people want to insist. Honeslty I think SMN is in a worse spot right now. Its really not even remotely comparable to mch or brd in 4v4.
lurk...walk around...TRICK ATTACK. problem solved
my only issue is i cannot go in stealth mode whenever i want. need to die 1st...
So wait... you have never used Trick Attack midfight because you don't know how Suiton works? You don't even need to walk around because Enliven removes direction requirements.
Dont bother trying to land trick attack from stealth :| Its rather difficult + time consuming to try and get behind a moving target, even if they cant see you + while perma-slowed to boot. On top of that, ninja pretty much relies on its ability to do short, but hard hitting and fast spikes of burst damage. Trick attack is 400 potency so you really need to integrate it into that (Ideally with dancing edge + shadow fang on your target, and a duality-ed aeolian edge readied, and ready to spam all your other ogcd stuff quickly after. In practice ofc you dont always have the luxury of being able to set all that up xD but yea)
So how is playing ninja in feast? As I'm leveling up WAR, I'd like to get in more practice with melee (and shorter queue times TBH) but I hate the directional requirements of monk. I like the idea of hidden + trick attack but yeah, setting that up when everything's moving so fast is.... a {Dream within a Dream}. Is it that vital to have in Feast?
