Given the descriptions its safe to say some spells have been pulled out of the player castable list. The enfeebling spells, Shell, **** Spikes. We will not be with out some of the enfeebling effects but it will require the use of the combo system to place them on our enemy. It is not a large leap to say that what is being removed will be put back in our hands eventually in the form of "New" casting classes.

personally i dont really understand the sense of that "list". they couldnt even write down the names of each skill. the list does NOT show ALL skills.. it just shows the skills which have ben CHANGED...
so it doesnt mean that there will be no enfeebling skills in 1.20 ;D
Once again go count out the actions. each one lists 20 skills, 15 class 5 job. Archer being the anomaly having 21 listed, that extra being the entry for auto attack.

The things missing from the listing is the action names, what level they are obtained, and any mp/tp costs.
