When is SE going to do something real to fix the issues with housing?

They are, hmmmm after so many years, probably never going to fix it because its not broke. You want a house, move to a smaller server. Take your friends with you. Housing isn't broke. Your server population is.

I would have to say its broke. Many games offer far more in the way of housing. Not only its availability, but far more creative in design. It makes this game not appear elite or modern, but backwards and ancient in design and out of touch.

The neighborhoods were a huge mistake and a complete waste of server space. Individual instanced would have been far better. Sadly op I don't have faith they will upgrade enough to ever offer housing to everyone . (not something they should be proud of tbh ) They should have copied Rift UI, CREATIVE player building in an instanced high item limit environment. Characters on the same account in Rift can own 10+ dimensions each!...no problem with availability OR owning multiple "homes". No one is left out. They found a way, SE needs to enter 2017 and adjust.

Housing here will always be extremely sub par unfortunately.

Will keep my fingers crossed for those still searching for a home.
