Besides, he was saying that he did not want to show them, because they look so humanoid and we already got the Miqote's as humanoid race.. Do Au Ra look that different from humanoid right now? I mean, without the freaking horns, they kinda end up like large Elezens with Hyur faces, or am I wrong?!

A giant bunny rabbit is just the thing to compliment the massive kitty cats. I'm sure the posters on this thread will be happy to cover the five to ten million U.S. dollars worth of development and implementation costs. You see how eager they are all for "them" to do things for "them", right?

Actually if they did release Viera and they did in fact end up to look like they do in their concept art (unlikely considering whichever team is in control of armor design and character design is depressingly lazy.) they'd look far more beastial then any race we currently have.

I'm would prefer the tall women/short guys thing myself. Or the kid one. Fran is cool, and I'd highly welcome both if that was the thing, but I myself want to have a kid-like race (an no Lala doesn't count. They are potato infant size).

But really I'd like both of the Viera styles (or a new one if they can make something they feel is more unique) and I want the expanded character creator because everyone running around with the same face and body is a smidge dull. Of course I don't expect that all, but nonetheless, I am eagerly excited to see what they end up deciding on.

Someone piss in your wheaties? A game, especially an MMO, lives and dies by fan input and the dev team doing their best to balance time/cost and feasibility.

A mark of any great game is when devs take suggestions and toss what they can in.
