Issue: The game issues currency in the form of Scriptures for equipment at item level 260. On Sunday, November 6, 2016 prior to maintenance, I had saved two weeks worth Scriptures to purchase the “Shire Custodian’s Hose” item 260 legs armor from the NPC Hismena in Idylshire. The exchange occurred and I went from a total of 874 Scriptures to 49 Scriptures. I equipped the Shire Custodian’s Hose on my main class, Paladin level 60. I then went Away From Keyboard for the evening as maintenance was occurring. The next morning, Monday November 7th, 2016 I logged into the game, after a dungeon run I noticed my character no longer had the Shire Custondian’s Hose equipped. I went to the NPC Hismena, selected the item and it showed I did not own any of those items. Additionally, it showed that I did not own any items around the purchase I made (thinking I might have purchased the wrong the item). I searched for the item using the shortcut and it produced 0 results. I search my personal armorer and no Item level 260 gear was there, except for the previously purchased ones. I searched my retainers and no i260 armor was there either.
On Monday, November 7th 2016, I filed a ticket online and in game. I received a template response back, informing me that they could restore the item if I review and agree to the “One Time” restoration policy. I responded back informing the support team, while I have reviewed and understand the policy, I don’t believe it should apply if this item went missing due to a in game glitch. As such, I would like a review of what happened to ensure there was nothing that I did to cause this item to go missing. I checked my currently weekly Scriptures and it is 49 plus the 450 (this weeks cap). So it shows a purchase using scriptures was made. If the support team can please look into this matter, it would be greatly appreciated as it took two weeks to save for that specific item. I don’t want have to wait another two weeks to repurchase something I already had. Additionally, I honestly feel I didn’t do anything with the equipment and that a glitched occurred causing me to loose the item, as such I should not be penalized in the form of using my “One Time” restoration for the account. Thank you for your attention into this matter.
