Weekend Warriors

We are a new linkshell with the name Weekend Warriors, and we are looking for more players to fill our ranks. Currently we are with 5 people and we are looking for lots more to fill up the linkshell, with in the future perhaps multiple teams. All of us have decent raid experience and are looking for like-minded people who understand what this LS is aiming for and wish to contribute to this upcoming LS.

As there are plenty of FC's/LS's recruiting out there (yay, another one ), I will try to describe what the meanings and aim of this linkshell is:

• Start point: A11S - We do clear A9S + A10S weekly as a group, although if you dont have cleared those yet it shouldn't be a problem
• Accepting all levels of skill, from a true veteran to a first time raider. However, we expect everyone joining to be willing to learn and accept criticism if it's needed
• Accepting classes: See below which are open for recruitment at the moment.
• We expect a certain degree of patience: What I mean with that is that there will be several differences in skill level in the linkshell, and some people might not pick up new tactics as fast as others would. Have patience so that everyone can learn (we will do something however if people refuse to learn/adapt to the tactics if it takes very long)
• Raiding days: As the title of the LS says, it is a Weekend static - Meaning raid days will be Saturday's and Sunday's (duhh..). Times are starting around 6pm ST and we raid for 2 hours. We will raid both days and we use the following system:

  We are using a rotation system, to ensure we can raid both days. Each monday, we will discuss if anyone has any plans for the weekend, and if we can set 8 players who are free the weekend, we are sorted. Players who have to sit out, will have priority on the next weekend. Players who do have to sit out, have the opportunity to start clearing straight from the reset on, while the static has his weekend planned and is ready to go!
• We have a Discord channel as well, so make sure you are willing to listen to us screaming and shouting the tactics No need to speak for yourself, however we would like it very much!
• Preferably, if you have some raid leading experience, or if you wish to start raid leading (which we appreciate a lot, even if you are new, don't be shy ) we would like you to step up and try leading raids if you are up to that, so we can rotate this as well, should any of the current raid leaders not be able to make the raid.
• Mentality of the raid - This is something we are really trying to maintain this between all our people, so we can keep a healthy linkshell for everyone. We are looking for people who, when raiding, are driven and serious about getting the fight done, with a little chill on the side We expect people to be serious at the times needed, but we don't want people to be forced at raiding, instead make raiding a good and fun activity where everyone enjoys the thrill of battle! Jokes are very welcome, however in fight, we expect everyone to put there weapons up and charge with all your strength!

That's it I guess , I will probably fill this up when some other key aspects of the linkshell hit me, but the points above should give you a good look on what kind of linkshell we are . All of the above points are still open for changes, so please don't see them as solid rules, but we try to stick close to them

Recruitment has opened again! Currently, we are looking for a DRG/MNK and a AST/WHM for our main group. Current progression: We have A9S on farm and are very close in killing A10S, after that we will start progressing on A11S. We have build ourselfs a nice and close group with all competent and skilled players! Currently our raid days are Saturday and Sunday evening, from 18:00pm ST, where Saturday is a little bit on/off due to RL events. Times are up for changing should that suit you better.

Recruitment has opened again! We are looking for 2 DPS classes, they can either be Dragoon, Ninja, or Machinist! We always welcome newcomers, even to raiding, although we are looking for exceptional dps, and will be considering your spot based on your performance. Currently on A11s Progression. As of now, we are looking for 2 more players to join our static. Preferably, we are looking for a very skilled Dragoon and Machinist, although an exceptional caster is also welcome. For info about the open spots please contact me (on either Xtrema Invicta / Xylvana Invicta).

We are a semi-casual raiding static, looking for friendly and enthousiastic new players who want to join. Currently cleared A9s + A10s and are about to start progressing on A11s. If you are new to the current raid tier, or to raiding at all, that is no problem, however we request you to be skilled at your class and know how to maximise the dps of it. Raiding days are ofcourse in the weekend, times can differ depending on RL stuff - We try and schedule times so that everyone is able to come.
