This is a great game, graphic and content, using pay to play model unlike most free to play games , we pay 12$ per month to play. why are the best outfits and designs going to mog station for 18$ a piece, and we can't even use them on a 2nd character?

can we have more nice designs crafted or obtained inside the game too?

this is my suggestion, this is a pay to play game, and there must be more nice designs to be obtained inside the game, not just mog station!

if anything that is worth glamouring is only obtained in mog station, then change this game to free play, that would make more sense.

please consider this for the future!!

To make SE more money, that's all there's to it. They run this game to boost profits, to raise their value on the stock markets and to create extra budget for adding things to this game as well as get extra money for the development of other game franchises.
They aren't going to take it out until it stops making them money, and to be blunt, even with the huge amounts of protest topics like this one, the cash shop is a huge success.
There are thousands of people very willing to pay real for digital vanity items.

I agree but 18$ is that balanced, considering we already pay 12$ per month? isn't 5$ more reasonable? or at least let us use on alt characters.. role playing is a big part of the game and if u can use on your alts that would be nice.

I agree, but apparently a lot of people are willing to pay this (per character), so they don't have reason to change it.

Don't get me wrong, when it comes to the cash shop I am neither advocating for, nor against its existence as long as they do not sell anything else but vanity items.
It's everyone's own choice what people spend their own money on.

My gripe about this is if I made a mistake of buying the item on an alt character, I would need to buy it again to get it on the right character because SE couldn't/wouldn't do anything about it. (true story) I'm deeply saddened by the reply I got from support and needed to spend another 18$ to get it on the right character. I wasted 18$ on a character that I never use on another server.

offering the item for a single char, i mean some of us play different chars for the sake of role play or being with friends on other servers. what is the big issue of preventing the item to be used on 2nd or 3rd char? glamour is a big part of this game and i need to remind SE that i am paying 12$ per month, on top of that, how many 18$ glamours i need to see in mog statoin every month and only for single char?
