I cannot seem to be able to sell my older Blue gear anymore? For some reason it does not even show up on the window when I go to try and sell. I use to be able to sell whatever I did not want once it got outdated. Did something change?

Check the tab at the top. Do you have anything weird checked? I seem to remember there's a box to hide all the items that are in your armoury chest.

What blue gear are you trying to sell specifically? Anything from Weeping City cannot be traded in until the next part of the Mhachi tier is released in 3.5.

Not all gear is currently tradable for GC seals through expert delivery, to protect you from turning in gear accidentally. Currently I believe that cuts of at the gear from Weeping City and up. They will likely make these capable of turn in in 3.5 or at some point after that.
