first time on raid savage (alexander creator) any tips?

Hello I has some questions as white mage, my only lv60 job..
But first: I't the first time I do the level 60 savage raid, i didnt even unlock the gordas and midas ones (lol), but I completed all the coils with level 50 level (not undersized) with the guild, well not really i completed em..they pretty much did evverything ahaha! but now im not goin to raid with them and im pretty sure the new group will instakick me aha lol

1) im often (pretty much always) said to get swiftcast for some unknown reason to me. so beside this one which other actions from other classes should i get

2) is my gear fine? http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/X3UJ took it from lodestone

3)should i do damage? from what i heard, savage lv60 is like lv50, monsters hit harder but also have more health points

It has great tips for playing WHM in first floor of Creator Savage!

Your gear is fine to start Savage. However, you don't have enough accuracy to land all your DPS spells (ACC cap is 592). Get Swiftcast and Eye for an Eye. Swiftcast lets you instant raise (and instant Medica II or Holy or whatever), while Eye for an Eye buffs your tank so that enemies have a chance of getting a debuff which make them hit for less damage. Both are absolute must-have abilities for a raid healer.

oho ye lol we completed the 1/4 of the level 60 creator raid, I still have to get the shiftcast and eye for eye thing, the other healer was scholar but only healed, and me too i only healed except on the entrance where i succesfully landed one stone3 and one aero2 then had to heeal because the paladin was like 20% hp in one hit and i was like SOS mode, then we wiped like 4 times on the blue icon on the head thing and there at the 5th fight i only used a medica ii and all went fine and in the end all i did was like use cure and regen on tank and use those spheres to wake up the monsters and become minime
