First of all, I was not sure where I should have posted this. So I apologize in advance if this was not the appropriate section.

Secondly, the problem itself is that I can't seem to use the Support Desk feature at all. I have ben trying to contact support to revert a tome transition (I didn't want to buy the striking scripture gauntlets) since yesterday night, but I can't seem to select anything, nor search for anything.


This is what I have been seeing. Even if I wait for half an hour or so, the window doesn't change - and closing/opening the desk over and over doesn't appear to solve much either. I have no problem whatsoever involving my connection, the game is running mostly fine in terms of performance as well, so I have no idea what the cause of that could be.
