Yay, I solo'd 1 to 100 in PoTD!

And I didn't even have 99/99. Though I was kinda close.

I kinda regret having my run of the savage floors cut short by several mobs of patrolling snakes though-that was super unlucky, there was like 5 of them and it was just impossible to heal myself through it and kill them XD maybe I'll try again in the future when I have more time, I know it's not the hardest thing to do or anything, but I'm still pretty happy. Especially that I one-shot it, having never solo'd any of this before.

Anyone else here tried? What's the highest you've made it?

This has been a lot of fun. I haven't done up through 100 yet just because I haven't sat down for a long enough session to focus on that goal, but I've been having fun tooling around preparing for when I make a go of it.

Always keep a pomander of witching at hand for emergencies like aggroing too many mobs or hitting a luring trap when you're already fighting enemies, then pomander of strength > dot > bane > sf > bliz 2 spam.

I actually used all 3 of my witchings, it was a situation where you get 2 at once, then another one shows up out of nowhere...then another one...then you die and get raised by your pomander, and they all re-aggro instantly and now you have no mana, and then yet another shows up! XD It was just really bad luck all around, I was so mad, I guess I should save a rage for that crap lol.

Grats! I'm thinking of trying to do it solo on scholar too. Didn't make it past floors 1-10 yet because I got bored out of my mind after doing some 100+ right before it.

Made it to floor 130 on Ninja.



That boss was just way too powerful. The damage output of it is too much to survive for most DPS I think. I could only get it to about 50% HP.

Otherwise, it was not too difficult to get to 130. I only used Pomanders when I found another one of the same type. Tried to keep each at 3.

Was working on it for about 5 days off and on. Each floor set took me 25 to 45 minutes depending.

Made it to floor 130 on Ninja.

Congrats. Yea, I heard that boss was a pretty big wall for most solo players. If it wasn't for the huge time commitment I'd probably get there myself. Still bitter about those snakes. XD
