In what stat points should I spent my points in?
STR or VIT?

There's absolutely no point to put any points in STR and not VIT.

They both give you the same amount of attack (+0.45/point), but VIT has additional effects - it raises your max HP.

VIT. No reason to go STR since it gives the same attack boost but VIT also gives HP

I'm a beginner so I don't really know and just read the description ingame.
Also I read some reddit posts that ppl said 35 points in STR should be fine or if I'm full geared I should put all the points into STR to do dmg.

Those are old posts. Again, you don't get anything out of putting into STR, you get the same DMG by putting it in VIT.
