"sharing" lol SE is removing and adjusting all the spells so CNJ might not get any of the elemental spells.
No one knows yet SE is supposed to be releasing the spell lists soon though

both con and thm are classes, jobs for party's. classes can be solo. that would suggest. both con and thm would have access to offensive spells and healing spells

Well Fire, Ice and Lightening are the traditional three elements in FF and generally given to black mages. Still didn't see them splitting the elements coming...
