Monk Not Always Proccing From Behind?

Ah, so as a Pug I should be throwing Bootshine and True Strike from behind, and then moving to the side to deliver Snap Punch?

short yes ^^

but as i say the only reason is when it is not proc is you miss.
bootshine proc from all sides but from front you need much more acc to land the hit.
sometimes the boss is invulnerable because of a cast or debuff than you miss and will not proc as well.
