Deep Dungeon top floor reached solo by a job (Week 1)

Every character can do it solo if the player put more time into the character to make him stronger (learning more than just 1 job)

Tell me how that helps when you can't sustain yourself through potions alone

Its not so much a imbalance with the jobs as some meet the terrain better. When they want it to be more doable as Solo they'll just go Diablo 3 on it and health orbs or a pomadore that works like a supped up BloodBath.

Actually, what about those self-rezzing pomanders? Would those make a difference?

no. the boss reset while you res. either it will instantly aggro and quickly kill you again, since you got res sickness, or you'll have to start from scratch.

Have to say I'm loving potd. me and three friends been going in, and no other content in the game conjures up the feeling of nerves and fear as poking about on the top (bottom?) floors knowing anything could realistically wipe you at any moment, and it's taken a good few hours to get to this point. Furthest we've got so far is 182, we wiped when we were killing something then a chimera spawned out of nowhere, caught the healer off guard and they went down to it's mech, and it seems quite often a snowball effect, as soon as one person drops, everyone else follows quite quickly lol. Even tho we had the rez pom up, by the time the healer got up, the tank had gone down, then we dps were short work

has been some fun times on voice comms, cracking up at our healer, a quite loud greek lady, literally screaming "IT S A F***ING MIMIC, WE'VE GOT A GOD DAMN F***ING MIMIC HERE" when she opened a chest on 179 and the tank didn't immediately see it and grab it lol

know some people have asked for it to be nerfed and you be able to save at every 10 floors, imo this will remove the one thing that makes this content such nervous fun

i think he/she means getting cross-class skills...that's obviously going to make drg/mnk/nin, pass floor 130...

I mean if one job don't work, try another job. It will be still the same character.
