Have you met your doppelganger?

I have met mine yes. One day I was sitting on the bench of Limsa and a random Au'ra came up to me and was emoting me and staring really closely. A few days later the same person started running around only they...looked like me ;p I took it as a compliment that they liked Siena so much to fantasia into a splitting image of her haha. I took a picture of them!

I thought my appearance would be more generic, but my hair is about the only thing i see other man'qotes with.... sometimes. Everyone else goes for a darker skin tone, and either the creeper smile face or the dad face, because they have the beard option. I've yet to find a doppelganger.

Edit: I also see everybody going for the floof tail. I can't really stand it because i noticed that it's not actually floofy, and is just fake floof. There's like 4 things sticking out of it that are 1 pixel thick that go up the length of the tail that give it the illusion of floofiness.

Cloe's moon'qote looks from 1.0 and ARR are actually me pretty much copying another mi'qote from the beta in 1.0! (If you're still around, /wave Ashie Yukime!)

Since then, Cloe has grown into her own character. And got race changed into an Au Ra in HW.

Back then I was playing a Sun'qote that was meant to replicate my FFXI character, with the same name and all.

Perhaps surprisingly, I've never met my exact match. When I first joined in 2.x, my hairstyle was ridiculously popular so lots of other male Miqo'te had it, but everyone else usually seems to have a different hair color, skin tone, facial features, or eye color.I think most of the ones I see with the same face type and haircut have the beard and/or smaller eyes than I do. It also seems like my voice choice isn't very popular, I've encountered exactly two people using it in two years, both in DF-queued content.

While I generally don't see players who look like my FC mates either, there have been several NPCs who look like they could be the sisters of one of my officers, before she changed her hairstyle.
