Tempered will is one of the more interesting skill in PLDs arsenal. It needs to be made more useful its current form rather than be replaced.

TW is one of those very situational but very good abilities, to be honest. Just tweak its cooldown a wee bit lower. IMO, you have no excuse to fall off... let's say Soph fight as a PLD.

Cover: covers all party members within 10y for the duration. (No more need to select a target; which currently makes it really clunky to use) and reduces damage taken by 20% when taking damage for a party member.
Tempered will: CD to 60 seconds
I also think PLD should get a new CD that works like a mini tank LB to cement it as the defensive tank. Like aegis boon: 3 min CD, 15% damage reduction for PLD and all party members for 10 seconds.

It could also use this move as another CD for its rotation so it doesn't run out of reliable CDs. (Rampart > sentinel > rampart > HG > rampart > ??? > rampart > sentinel. Slot the new CD in the ???)
