I don't have Photoshop and I am really bad at Paint, so I don't have the technical skill to use the template using Paint alone, ha. But I figure I might as well try something.

Name: Saito Hikari
Age: 22
"I never wanted these powers, but... I already have them, so I might as well make use of it as best I can. I hope I don't disappoint."
Saito was born in Ishgard under mysterious circumstances, mysterious enough that he had no apparent attachment to any of the High Houses, or any known family in Ishgard on top of that. It is likely Saito is not even his true name on top of that, and he was not given a surname until one was suggested very recently by a Doman friend in the Scions, but that's the least of his concerns for now. He spent much of his life in the Brume, his mother or caretaker passing away with nothing more than a vivid memory in his early age. Yet somehow, the other residents of the Brume felt compelled to raise him, when others in his situation would have perished.
At first, his strange powers manifested as an ability to vividly recall anything he had already seen before, down to the most minute detail. However, he would often lose consciousness when this happened, which led to the others assuming that he was quite sickly and weak, though no Chiurgeon that happened to visit the Brume could figure out exactly what ails him. It was curious, then, that everything that he could recall happened to be very important to current events in Ishgard, a few times saving his friends from having to undergo a Trial by Combat that they would surely lose.
Of course, when the nobility caught wind of his powers, they were none too thrilled about it. Some of his recollections highlighted abuses by the highborn and the clergy, who had forced him and his friends into silence in exchange for a pardon. But they couldn't suffer his existence any longer, when during his last year in Ishgard at the age of 20, he started having visions of events that he had never seen for himself. All of which ended up to have actually happened, on account of occurring only mere days before. So, what if he dreamed back far enough?
The clergy had already planned to get rid of him for years, and through a series of visions, he caught wind of a trap that was going to be laid out for him and his friends. Heretics had come to know of his existence too, when they themselves stumbled on to the clergy's plans for him. Though Saito did not want anything to do with the heretics, it was plain that he had to flee Ishgard, and the Heretics were only happy to oblige 'under the orders of Lady Iceheart'.
They did not force him to join their ranks, however. They merely accompanied him to the Black Shroud, and advised him to seek entry into Gridania. The Heretics left him there, before he could explain that he had no combat experience - though it was likely they already knew, hence the lack of an attempt to recruit him. Luckily, a carriage happened to be passing by, and with some coin, he reached the city unharmed. From there, he learned that he had a talent for healing magic and song, becoming proficient in archery and conjury. And it was then that he would finally have a lead on exactly what his powers were, that would send him on a path to shape the future of the world.
In terms of personality, Saito is quite modest, and usually shys away from conflict. Even now, he can scarcely believe that he is actually a Warrior of Light, who were thought to be imposing figures in eras past that exude power and confidence, traits he believed he lacked. But Saito is no stranger to coping with reality...
