I'll give you my vote as well. It was kinda disappointing to not have "Fiend" playing upon riding my birdie. ; ;
I'm also joining in with this one. It makes absolutely zero sence for Warring Lanner to not play Fiend. Every Primal up until Warring Lanner has played that primals 'theme'. If the primal has more than one tune, their mount will always play the final phase tune (Titan, Leviathan, Shiva, Ravana), so why is Sephirot's mount the only exception to the rule?
Also why doesn't the Starlight Bear mount not play a Starlight Celebration theme like how the Halloween Broom mount plays the Halloween theme?
I'd like to this these amateur mistakes were just an oversight, but with it not being fixed after such a long time, it's just got to be bad decision making.
Wtf square after such hard work to get this mount it doesn’t play primal second phase theme...
I was so happy to finally get it then I mount it and I got disappointed.

I can understand the disappointment about the missing music, but i don't understand the hard work part. I mean if you farmed the bird or birds recently the fights are a cakewalk compared to the time when they came out. :thinking:
I'd be really disappointed if it were ever changed. I use the Warring Lanner all the time because it always sounds so intense, like every little errand I do is determining the fate of the world. It changes a beast tribe daily from "Go see if you can help this namazu" to "Go see if you can help this namazu craft the item that will save Hydaelyn from utter annihilation!"
And this is why we need song choices for the primal mounts. So, for the warring lanner, allow this theme and Fiend to be selected (mount hotbar). For dark lanner (Nidhogg), have 2 (or 3, if ya wanna include Dragonsong) hotbar actions, for each phase. Fortunately, dark lanner plays phase 2 which is my favourite of the 3 themes. Boreas (Shiva) would have 2 hotbar buttons, to allow phase 1 or 2. This way, more people can be happy, but these mounts can still retain unique themes. Not sure what to give Nightmare though.I'd be really disappointed if it were ever changed. I'd also add that for the beast tribe mounts, have them play their beast tribe's theme. And make sure they can all fly (as well as ARR primal ponies)
White Mage ~ Scholar ~ PaladinBoi if you got kicked for the same thing in over 20 duties I strongly suggest you think hard on whatever the hell it is you're doing
As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
OK but, esp now after getting my Byakko wolf...
The original "excuse" that Sephirot's bird didn't have his theme music was that it was the "Warring" Lanner, for the Warring Triad. However, Byakko's wolf is the "Auspicious" Kamuy, as with the Auspices (the 4 Lords). Yet his plays his music, not a 4 Lords theme. And I think it should stay that way.
It can't be that hard to relink the right music to a mount...
It'd be nice if Twintania had Answers as mount music, too, since it's basically the Bahamut mount.
"Fiend" is one of my favorite songs in FFXIV. I'd love for the Warring Lanner to play it; it might compel me to actually turn on mount music.
