Grats, now you won't be added to a party for ANYTHING but healing as a CON.
Seeing as you have THM close to 50 too though, I bet you don't mind.

I don't remember the last time i got invited to a party to nuke. This has always been like this so its nothing new and shocking like you're making it. Even if we could do a lot of dps we would still be a healer in parties.

With the new changes we can actually have a dedicated nuke class that people would actually want in parties to do just that.

Edit: You're forgetting that your character can switch roles at any time and any work you have on your conj now is not wasted.
