Who cares about lore when the whole game is changing when 2.0 hits the CNJ story may be completely different.

I for one care about lore, and I know a great deal others do too. It's like halfway through a movie the director decides to give some characters powers they didn't have before that goes against the story. Meanwhile the people who did have these powers somehow lose them in an unexplained way.
