Orchestrion Roll (PotD Ost - Floor 50)

Does anyone know how and where to get that Orchestrion Roll?
I've heard the Ost from PotD Floor 50 playing in a FC House.

If you mean Black Bosom, it can be appraised from horde pieces from floors 51-100.

So I just have to go Floor 51 - 100 and get the treasure?

You hope that an Iron Sack from the Accursed Hoard (gained on floors 51-100) contains it.

You could also buy it off the MB. Everything that comes from the accursed hoard can be sold on the MB if I'm not mistaken.
