Diadem is impossible to get into unless you're lucky enough to have a few crazy friends willing to bother with it.

Can the currency required to get this mount be changed so it can also be bought with the gathering spoils, as then people either late to the party or used Diadem in its active days for materia can have an efficient method of getting it? Same price of 99 spoils, just gathering as well as the battle ones.

Alternatively, make it obtainable in the next "Diadem" map.

That's a good idea but from experience the steel spoils from gathering are incredibly rare. What is needed is a way of revitalising Diadem - making it possible to go in as a light party via PF and/or having a daily/weekly reward for doing it.

you can fly around solo and open buried chests if you have 1 person who helps you to enter. Do that 10 times and you can get your pegasus

I thought you could enter it solo as a gatherer? Granted I never tried it yet.

I also hope they do something about the Hunting Hawk. Maybe add to silver or gold sacks in POTD? It's pretty ridiculous that a minion in the game is so rare it sells for 50 million gil.

But the major redevelopment of this content has already been planned for a long time and is now right around the corner, so we need to play it first before we know if there are any problems. Presumably the pegasus and hunting hawk will not be impossible to get.
