Random Lag Spikes on Exodus (and maybe others)

I have been lagging at random lately after patch 3.45. People are sliding, stopping then popping at another location, and freezing. At first I thought it was my Internet, but it works fine for everything else outside of the game. In game while I am watching all this go on, it says my fps is still at a 57-60 range. I asked around and people that I know or have grouped with, and they have been experiencing the exact same things. Its become very frustrating, and I fear it may happen during my statics raid times. Is this happening to anyone else on other servers or data centers?

Happening to me as well since last night. Also on Exodus also while using a VPN. Just have to roll with it.

SE posted something about NA ISPs performing some sort of emergency maintenance tonight. Could be related to whatever is causing them to want to perform the maintenance. I've been having a lot of lag spikes today as well (PS4, AT&T Uverse Internet).

Wouldn't be surprised if it's more issues with Level 3 or DDoS attacks. Just hope it stops soon so I can go back to playing the game normally.
