What do I do with my Poetics?

So, I still have to unlock Heavensward zones, but I already am Item 120 avg by buying stuff in the market (lvl 54) and I just noticed my Poetic tomes are capped... I dont want to keep "wasting" rewards from dungeons due to having them capped, so.... what should I spend them on?

I am right now looking at Auriana, I hear she has some stuff that I will require for my Anima weapon, but my googlefu is not helping me. What could I buy right now to help me lower my stash of Poetics, that will help me later on?

You can exchange the poetics in Mor Dhona for Ironworks accessories (and the paladin shield). Then, take those and exchange them for Grand Company Seals at your grand company.

You can use the Grand Company Seals to buy things necessary for Anima weapons too. "Kingscake, Adamantite Francesca, and...i forgot what else".

Or, you can exchange poetics for "Unidentifiable" items. They are called like "Unidenfiable Ore, Bone, Shell, and...something else".

These are needed for the Anima weapon.
If you aren't interested in the Anima weapon, I would still exchange them for accessories and then grand company seals, which can be exchanged for ventures, cordials, crafting items, etc.

All of which can be sold on the market board for cash.

As Fina advises, buying doubles of the Ironworks stuff to then exchange for GC Seals that have a bit more versatility is a good move.

As is buying the Unidentifiable Ore, Bone, Shell and Seeds which will be required later on for Anima Weapons (20 of each paired with 4 each of the Kingscake, Adamantitie Francesca, Dispelling Arrow and Titanium Alloy Mirrors you can buy with GC Seals).

Also if you're only at ilvl 120, I'd recommend buying the Carbontwine and Carboncoat items, which can be used to upgrade your Ironworks gear to 130 by the NPC Drake (Found in the North Shroud).
