Glamour Gear Request Megathread

I don't care if it's unrealistic or not, but this needs to be sold at the Gold Saucer:



Either as a hairstyle, or a headpiece that can be dyed. Please Yoshi-P! I'd rather not go back to playing as a tall Au'Ra just to get something similar.

I'd love to see Body armors we already have without the skirts/butt capes

Also would be cool to have more Leg armor that give tails like how the Gold Saucer bunny legs give you a bunny tail (just hope they can make it cancel out Aura/Miqote tails) I'd like to see a fox tail piece to go along with our cool fox ears from the foxy lady FATE.

I'd love to see more tier sets based on the HW primals. I'd love to be a Dragoon running around in Nidhogg armor, or a healer in Sophia garb. Giant Sephirot fist glove armor for monks would be fun

Has SE ever mention something about adding a Lock/Favorite option on gear? The most recent gear I deleted by mistake was the starting SAM gear and now I'm completely boned about getting it back, I wish they would add that soon to avoid these msitakes.

Doing some spear fishing. Thought it would be cool to have a full, sleeveless/short wet suit, snorkel mask & maybe even some fins that let you swim at mount speed? Maybe even a silly walk when you run around on land with your fins on. heh

Wish they make it so could use any job glamour's and not just only glamour's that's for that job only. Really like to use some of healers skirts for my caster. also be nice if made the fox ears headband where can match color of your characters hair.

Not really a glamour request, but please stop making tails clip through capes. The biggest offender is the Ruby Cotton Chasuble. It looks really odd and out of place. Simply have the tail not show as if the tail is underneath the cape. As of right now, glamour/gear with capes only look good on Hyurs.

I would like to have more body slot options for "all classes" that are NOT dresses, robes, tunics or long coats. Casters, especially, are saddled with an inordinate amount of them and there's only a handful of non-pseudo-dress options to choose from. Male characters in particular should have more body slot options that aren't dresses.

Just going from in game models, I'd like to see these proliferated as level 1 "all classes" body slot options:

Gyuki Leather Jacket


Gryphonskin Jerkin:


Cotton Shirt


Ruby Cotton Gambison:


Sky Pirate's Vest of Aiming:


These are only a few examples of a style we need to see more of. We have a huge assortment of dresses/robes/longcoats/tunics but a noticeable lack of more form fitting body slot options that don't go below the waste and aren't practically bare chested. We need more of the latter that all classes can use.


Now while this one isn't a body slot option, this particular glove option provides a unique way to customize a body slot option:

Imagine if we had something like those gloves but it put the "rolled up sleeve/floaty" on both sides instead of a long glove on one. It can really change how a top looks. Here's an example:

Being able to make something "short" or "rolled up" sleeves can really change the look of a top and add a measure of variety. Ideally I'd prefer it to be an option like helmet visors that you can click on or off so I can use another glove option, but this way is a simple method of getting the option without requiring new code or UI additions.

I'd love to see more short/no sleeve open jackets. There is the eikon arm piece for certain jobs that literally erase a chunk of the right arm, though they could make something where it has gloves but rolls up the sleeves of any jacket or long sleeve attire since they have the ability.
