I remember when the housing system first came out, it was the small ones that were the most in demand and selling out way too fast. I guess several patches and an expansion later, the economy has grown enough that a lot more players can afford the large ones, so demand has shifted upwards. Hopefully SE will take that fact into account when designing the new housing area.
