ok so on the eve of 3.4 patch about say 10 minutes before servers went down we had a player xfer servers to hyperion,
apply to our fc, get accepted to our fc then servers went down bout 2 mins later. Now this player is stuck in limbo between our fc nd not having an fc..
it still showing his application on our fc list even when he is logged into the game, when he is offline it shows him only in the fc applications not in the actual fc roster,
when hes logged in to the game it show him in the fc list he can use fc chat but thats the limit to his functions,
we have tried to accept and deny the application the response it gives us is "unable to process application",
we cannot promote/demote or kick him from the fc, he cannot leave the fc on his own, we cannot give him a designated rank
in the fc yet when he is logged it it shows him as being a leader/officer of the fc which is partially impossible since you
cannot have 2 leaders/masters of an fc, When you scroll down the list if your a member scrolling past his name it changes his
rank to show as member if your an officer and you scroll down the list it changes his rank to officer if your leader/master of
the fc scrolling through the list it changes his rank to leader/master, and the icon next to the rank is always set to the same
icon used for leader/master it is the 1 thing that is always the same. he has no access to the fc chest or rooms. so essentially
hes in limbo as i stated before no access cant leave, cant get kicked cant use 90 % of fc functions. im re-posting this again wondering
how you figure there is insufficient information i gave you everything that is happening with this there is no other information i can
give you on the matter his was discussed with 2 of your in game gms both of which referred me to this forum and your telling me that
there is nothing that you can do because there is not enough information? this is why posting stuff on a forum type thing is much harder
than talking about it with someone in game so that there can be questions asked and answered all at once rather than making a post here
and having that post moved and locked because your too lazy to ask any questions about the situation. ask me questions i will answer them
to the best of my ability and then maybe you will have more information that you need but without any questions how am i suppose to give
you more information
