Don't know why people feel the need to cheat in our small community[...]

Because they want the rewards and lack the skill to get them legitimately?
Because they don't enjoy PvP unless they win?
Because it's easy, convenient and frequently goes unpunished, so there's nothing stopping them if either or both of the prior two are true?

That's what you get when you're trying to grow the community with bribes >_>
