Update 11/7/16: I've come up with a modest proposal that would make things fair for both PvP'ers who rank in the top 100's and the PvE'ers who want equal and fair treatment. I'll leave the quote below this.

So .. just throwing out an idea and hopefully it's an alright one.. But here goes.
What if they added the feast season rewards to the Wolf Marks vendors like say.. half a year after the Season for that reward ends? I'm not much of a PvP'er I'll admit. When I saw the outline of the hellhound mount I was rather ... I dunno - put off. A part of me was also angry that a mount that the players have been asking for since Void Ark will only be available to 100 people per data center. I also have fears that the Red Fenrir mount that was datamined a while ago will be a Season 4 Reward.
There is also the issue of win trading that SE doesn't seem to want to do anything about. It's something that cannot be fixed unless GM's monitor every single match. And coming from that stand point it'd be a waste of GM resources.
I was okay with missing the Legacy Campaign the get an exclusive Chocobo and other stuff because I knew I'd only be missing 1-2 mounts from my collection and that any mounts/minions in the future would be there, waiting for me to collect instead of being placed behind restrictions. But this just gave me a swift kick to the gut.
So.. would you, the Development team consider adding the Feast Season rewards to the Wolf Mark vendors after some time has passed since the seasons end? You can price them something Ludicrous like 100k Wolf Marks and I'm sure many people would be okay with this because it's something they know won't be taken out and they can gradually work to get it.
It'll just be those few top 100 and top 10 who get to gloat about it for half a year before eventually everyone can start obtaining them. You can keep the trophies and accessories as Feast Season only rewards. But the things specifically only for glamour/collector purposes; please consider making them eventually obtainable by all.
||Pretty sure I'm going to have a whole lot of hate on me for posting this, but I'm going to try to keep up a good fight to ensure those who don't like the idea of vanity items being restricted behind a gate can at least be heard.||
A fantastic suggestion Ametrine!
